Wednesday 12 January

Virgin Gym, 20 mins/ bike/ level 8/10k, 25 minutes running/ 3% incline/12 mph/ 5k

Slightly heavy legs yesterday and a twinge on my leg hammy. Went on the bike for 20 mins at the start. Was tough work using different muscles. Sweated alot. Then went on the treadmill where my legs were jelly after bike. Put on incline and kept steady but not speed. Gased it at the end.
