Virgin Gym, 1% incline, 45 minutes, 11.25k, 15kph to 17.5 kph
After a rest yesterday got straight back on it today. Felt much better for it. Gym very busy, but kept up the tempo from the start and delivered a strong run. Definitely seeing improvement in pace.
