Outside in Leeds, Chalpel Allerton to Alwoodley, 60 minutes, 8 miles
Went out to collect KC's car at Chapel Allerton, then carried on running towards Alwoodley. Felt good in the legs, and tackled the incline hills, though this did hurt. Increased the pace well on the stretch from Weetwood roundabout to home.
